Here at All Color we specialize in manual printing for lower quantity orders as well as automatic printing for your larger or extremely detailed design orders. Manual printing has minimums of 12 items, and customers start seeing bulk discounts around 24-48 items. Automatic screenprinting minimum typically starts around 100 items and our bulk pricing is very competitive.

Here at All Color we have a 10 color automatic as well as a 7 color automatic.

There is no level of detail our operators cannot achieve.

What is your turnaround?

Once an order and art is approved you should expect to receive your garments in about 2 weeks. Some garments take a week to get into our hands, and we will print the following.

Do you have a minimum?

Typically the minimum order is 12 pieces. You can mix different garment options, but the design must stay the same.

How many colors can I have in my design?

We have the capability of printing 10 colors, But normally customers can get the look they are looking for in 2-3 colors. The lower amount of colors uses, the lower the overall price.

Where can I pick out garments?

Every job order has many variables, so requesting a quote is needed to lock in a firm price.

However, to share a little knowledge about how we derive prices..

Set-up costs - Every color brings along a setup cost for the work involved in burning of the screen, set-up on press, and reclaiming the screen back to its original state.

Ex: A three color front print = $75.00 worth of set-up costs, $25.00 a color. Divide $75.00 by the amount you order and you can see how ordering in bulk saves you money! $75.00 divided by 10 Total Garments = $7.50 in set-up fees alone.  Whereas, if you order 30 garments you are only paying $2.50 per garment.

Print Locations - limiting amount of locations is always guaranteed to save money, but multiple location prints are guaranteed to make twice the impression!

Quantity - get the best bang for your buck by ordering seasonally and in bulk if you can! Price breaks normally start at 36, 72, 144…

Our love for ink runs deep!

We have a wide assortment of ink selection. 

We have inks geared for events and tight budgets as well as top grade ink for a retail level look and feel.

Plastisol - This ink is the most commonly used ink in the industry. Plastisol inks sits on top of the fabric , giving the image a superior color saturation and durability.

Discharge - Discharge screen printing can be used to print colors on dark garments, that in the past would have required an additional layer of white ink in order to achieve proper opacity of top colors.
